  1. I have downloaded a maintenance update from this web site. When I run the program, I get a message saying "Application Validation Failed"

Q.1 I have downloaded a maintenance update from this web site.   When I run the program, I get a message saying "Application Validation Failed"

A.  The updated files need to be copied to your original program directory where the complete software was installed.


Q.2 I have installed Time Chart on Windows 64 bit Operating System and when I start Time Chart I get I/O error 103"

A.  For Windows 64 bit operating systems, after installing Time Chart go to Time Chart program directory in Windows Explorer and set the security level on the directory and the Time Chart data directory so that all Time Chart users have read/write permissions (Preferably "Full Control"). The same applies to all backup directories.
