The Blocks Window

| The Blocks window shows the subjects in each block,
together with the number of students in each subject. Any clashes
are automatically shown at the bottom of each block.
Many commands are available for creating student blocks. The Blocks toolbar (shown docked in the window) provides an easy way to access the commands. |

The Timetable Window
|

|
The timetable window shows the subject, teacher and room code for each entry. Blocks of subjects are shown on a grey background. Any teacher or room clashes are shown at the bottom of the window. The pop-up menu for the window shows the common timetable commands. The Timetable toolbar (shown docked in the window) provides an easy way to access the commands. |

Easy Transfer
of Data

| The Student List window showing students with their details and subject choices. Copying this student data is as easy as pressing the Copy button on the General toolbar. |
| Student data copied to the Windows clipboard can then be pasted into another application, such as a spreadsheet. |

Slit Large Subjects

| When creating student blocks, you can easily split large subjects into smaller groups - set the maximum class size, and press Split. |

Context Sensitive Help

| Help pages are available for all windows and dialogues. Pressing F1 opens the Help page for the window, dialogue or menu command that is active. Dialogues also have Help buttons to open their Help page. |
