Instructions for download
You can download sample versions of our windows software - Time
Chart 2000, Time Chart Extra, Primary Time Chart
and Parent Teacher Interview. Each one is provided
as a self extracting file, ready for you to install. They include
sample data so that no data entry is required to try out the program.
Download the sample version into a convenient directory. Suggest
directories are TCSAMPLE for Time Chart, TCESTART for Time Chart
Extra and PTSAMPLE for Parent Teacher Interview.
Expanding the Sample Version
Run the downloaded program to expand it. You can run the program
in a number of ways:
Choose Run from the Windows Start Menu and enter the directory
and program name, for example, C:\TCSAMPLE\Time_Chart_2000_Sample.exe
for Time Chart, and press OK.
Or, use Windows Explorer to select the file and double click on
it to run it.
The downloaded file will expand into a number of files - readme,
setup, program, help file and data files needed for the sample.
Time Chart 2000 will expand into files ready to use. For
Time Chart Extra and Parent Teacher Interview, use the Setup program
to install the sample version. Details for each program are included
in its readme.txt file.

TIME CHART EXTRA is a software package to enter daily changes
for a school or college timetable, cover needs (teachers and
rooms) created by those changes, and print the results.
