PARENT TEACHER INTERVIEW is a software package designed to produce interview times for parent teacher meetings, with minimum data entry. You have flexibility in allocating interviews. You can enter times directly, or use the software to allocate the times. If parents need to see teachers at set times, these can be entered before using the software to allocate the others. Even if you set interview times by negotiation, Parent Teacher Interview can produce your interview forms, quickly and easily. Parent Teacher Interview can import student data in a variety of formats -from a text file, from a file previously saved, or from Time Chart.

Using Time Chart Data ¤If you have our timetabling software, Time Chart, data entry is reduced to a bare minimum. Parent Teacher Interview will make use of subject, teacher, room, class and house codes from Time Chart. Students are easily loaded - the timetable is used to automatically insert the correct teacher for each subject choice.
