- New purchases and upgrades of Time Chart 6 include 12 months free support.
- Time Chart Support Plan - cost A$425.00 per year
- Network Time Chart Support Plan - cost A$685.00 per year
- Primary Time Chart Support Plan - cost A$200.00* per year
- Customers who are not on a support plan may elect to receive hourly support at the rate of A$132.00 per hour with a minimum charge of A$66.00
