TIME CHART EXTRA is a software package to enter daily changes for a school or college timetable, cover needs (teachers and rooms) created by those changes, and print the results.
TIME CHART EXTRA is designed to add onto the Time Chart software (Time Chart 6 for Windows, or version 3.0 for Macintosh micros), without needing any changes to existing data. This approach allows TIME CHART EXTRA to make full use of timetable information already entered.

Extras time allotments can be set individually for each day and year.
