1. Authorisation: The Purchaser hereby certifies that all Participants are employed by, or are under contract to the Purchaser and undertakes to bring the AMIG Training Terms and Conditions to the attention of Participants.
2. Copyright: The copyright of all course material and publicity material is invested in AMIG, except where stated and may not be reproduced in whole or in part, recorded, loaned, broadcast, stored in a retrieval system or displayed publicly without prior permission.
3. Start Date/Delivery: Courses delivered on Client site or at 3rd Party Venues will commence on the date specified in the quotation issued to the Purchaser or otherwise agreed in writing or email.
4. Cancellation and Transfer: Cancellations and transfers (for training) will only be accepted in writing or via email (a working day is normally from 8.30am to 5.00pm and does not include weekends, gazetted public holidays or local holidays):
a) Public Scheduled Training Courses - with 5 full working days notice.
b) Custom Scheduled or Onsite Professional Development Courses - with 10 full working days notice.
c) Where travel arrangements have been booked and Client transfers or cancels inside the above timeframes, any cancellation fees levied by external travel or accommodation providers will be on charged to Client.
d) Participant substitution on training courses is free of charge at any time.
e) Payment in full is required should the transfer or cancellation not meet these conditions.
5. Course Fees: AMIG requires payment in full prior to commencement unless other arrangements have been made.
6. General: AMIG reserves the right to change course schedules, course pricing, discontinue courses, modify course content, limit class size or cancel courses. Registrations are confirmed via email upon enrolment. In the case of course cancellation, confirmed Participants will be notified (where possible) at least five (5) working days prior to the Public Scheduled course commencement and ten (10) working days prior to Onsite Professional Development course dates.
