Course Description:
This course provides participants with an overview of the set up and configuration of Time Chart Extras. It includes the skills to utilise Time Chart Extras to enter the daily changes for a school or college timetable and covering needs (teachers and rooms) created by those changes. In this session you will learn:
- how to configure Time Chart Extras
- how to edit the times staff are available for internal relief
- how to add supply teachers
- how to add absence reasons
- how to add cover notes and codes
- re-order the time-slot sequence for covering absent teachers
- how to organise internal and external relief
You will be provided with a Time Chart Extra course guide at the start of the session which is yours to keep as an on-going reference guide, and while the day is structured as per the Course Outline below, there will be opportunities for you to ask questions throughout the course.
What do I need to bring?
We encourage you to bring your own laptop with Time Chart Extras installed. If you do not have a licensed copy of Time Chart Extras, we will install a copy onto your laptop before the class starts which you can continue to use for an evaluation period. If you are not able to bring your own laptop, please contact us in advance and AMIG Systems will have a laptop ready for you to work from on the day.

Tea, coffee and light refreshments will be provided (Lunch is not provided)
