Time Chart 2000 Version 5.28 - update May 2007

This update adds the following new features

	Undo and Redo have been added for most Timetable menu commands. Step backwards or forwards through up to 20 timetable changes. The Timetable Toolbar has new buttons for the Undo and Redo commands. All operations can be reversed except configuring the timetable structure - changing the timetable years, days, time slots or size.
	Additional checks have been added to timetable configure operations. A warning is given before reducing the number of years, days, times slots, or switching to a smaller size timetable (if there is insufficient room). If you increase the number of years, days or time slots, Time Chart will switch to the timetable size required to preserve the current timetable entries.
	Up and down buttons have been added to all dialogues with list box selection. The new buttons make it easy to change the order of your selected list.
	Your mouse thumb wheel can be used for fast scrolling through long lists in Primary Time Chart windows.
	When a subject has multiple teachers, the list heading shows the teacher with the most timetable entries.
	The Subject numbers view on the Student List window also shows the teacher code with the most entries.

Time Chart Extra Version 5.22 - update May 2007

This update adds the following new features

Primary Time Chart Version 1.1 - update February 2007

This update adds the following new features

	Display files for current display settings can be saved and re-opened.
	The timetable Search and Replace dialogue has an 'Exclude NA' chechbox to exclude 'Not Available' entries from search and replace operations.
	The Info window shows the expiry date for your support plan.

Time Chart 2000 Version 5.27 - update November 2006

This update adds the following new features

	When creating blocks you can set the maximum class size for individual subjects. Maximum class sizes for subjects are saved as part of a block file.
	Display files for current display settings can be saved and re-opened.
	Allocate button on the Change Student and Add Student dialogues changes the choices to match the blocks loaded, even if there is a clash.
	Auto Allocation of subjects - dialogue has a 'New' button that combines the Clear, Allocate and Shuffle commands.
	The timetable Search and Replace dialogue has an 'Exclude NA' chechbox to exclude 'Not Available' entries from search and replace operations.
	The maximum length of subject codes has been increased from 8 to 10 characters.

Time Chart 2000 Version 5.26 - update July 2006

This update adds the following new features

	Time slots can be different for each timetable day.
	Time allotments are stored as part of the timetable file. Each timetable can have its own time slot configuration, including units, time allotments, codes, start and end times.
	Student List window - the enrolment view can include the student ID as a barcode.
	The Student List, Student Input and Student Timetable windows can be printed on school letterhead without their normal headings.
	Student List window - Numbers for classes view shows the Tutor code and name after the roll class code (if tutor fields are in use).

Time Chart Extra Version 5.2 - update July 2006

This update adds matching changes to work with Time Chart 5.26.

Code Import Utility - released February 2006

This is a utility program provided free to Time Chart users who are on our support plan.  This utility imports subject, teacher or room codes from a text or csv file into Time Chart.

Time Chart 2000 Version 5.25 - update Nov. 2005

This update adds 5 new features

	Limits increased to 3000 subjects, 5000 students and 4 faculties per teacher.
	The Blocks Clash Help is improved. For a student with several clashes and no complete solution, Clash Help will look for a reduced clash solution.
	The current timetable file in use is set from the Timetable menu.
	Export text files automatically created for use by RollMarker software.
	More flexible time interval setting for auto detection of updates

Time Chart 2000 Version 5.24 - update May 2005

	New Subjects Offered page on the Student Input Selection dialogue.  Subjects offered to students can now be divided into sections and saved as a Subject Offer file.
	Automatic creation of student groups for any year with one or more students.
	Network Version creates default folders for each user.
	Network version - automatic update of student groups from Supervisor's groups.

Time Chart 2000 Version 5.23 - update February 2005

This update adds 4 new features

	Automatic detection of updates on this web site.
	Backup to any directory.
	Longer subject names.
	New Transfer text file with one record for each student choice.  Subject report codes and names can (optionally) be included in this file.

This update adds 2 new features

	Student weekly timetable can have a legend underneath showing the subject and teacher names for the timetable codes.
	Teacher weekly timetable can have the teacher's detailed load shown underneath.

Time Chart Correct - released September 2004

This is a utility program provided free to Queensland Time Chart users who are on our support plan.  This utility corrects problems with data that can arise after an export from SMS into Time Chart.

This new version of Time Chart 2000 is availble in single user and network versions.

Web Time Chart - released March 2003

Cost:  A$470*
This is an add-on to the network version of Time Chart 2000.  Web Time Chart publishes teacher, room and student timetables to your internet or intranet web site.  Subject lists and roll class lists can also be published.  Web Time Chart uses your active data from network Time Chart 2000 so that published timetables and lists are kept up to date.  You can add your own student images, so that subject lists include thumbnails of each student.

	Teacher access to weekly and daily timetables for students, teachers and rooms on your school internet or intranet site..
	Student (or parent) access to your own timetable on the internet.

August 2000

Parent Teacher Interview 3.1 released. Version 3.1 for Windows is now available.  It will work with the increased limits of Time Chart 2000.  Users of Parent Teacher Interview 3 for Windows who are using Time Chart 2000 can contact us for a free update.
